Can I use the MobileAgentTraining.com on multiple devices?
Yes, we know that not all agents own the same type of equipment. Yes we have focused specifically on a PC computer, and the use of the iPad as the device to be used in the field. It is important to us that our site work on all platforms, so we have tested our services on Apple, Microsoft, and Android devices.
What is your refund policy?
We offer no-questions-asked refunds to all customers within 30 days of your purchase. If you are not satisfied with our product, then simply send us an email and we will refund your purchase right away. Our goal has always been to create a happy, thriving community. If you are not thrilled with the product or are not enjoying the experience, then we have no interest in forcing you to stay an unhappy member.
When does MobileAgentTraining update their website?
We understand that technology may change faster than we all change our socks. With that said, what, and how we learn does not change that fast. So while we strive to add new levels to our training site, and update to the latest software, we also want you to be the most comfortable you can on the training that is available now. A good rule is that technology really changes drastically about every other year, but does have modifications that are significant yearly. So while we strive to offer you advancements, we ask that you strive to adapt one of our lessons to your daily routine.
Can I upgrade after signing up?

Unfortunately WordPress.com does not allow the use of custom themes. If you would like to use a custom theme of any kind, you will need to purchase your own hosting account and install the free software from WordPress.org.
